What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

The majority of our products are made to order and are not returnable, however should the item arrive damaged or is defective please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please check the item listing which details turn around windows.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

The majority of our products are designed, printed and shipped from the UK directly from our UK print partners. A few select products may ship from our own business address if we hold them in stock.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

We currently offer free shipping to UK orders.

My item is damaged on arrival what can I do?

We do our best to provide all our products in robust packaging. However if you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
