► How is the product packaged?
To ship mugs we use custom made smash proof boxes. Each mug ships in its own white smash proof box. These boxes are designed to protect the mug during transit from breakages.

► Delivery
Please allow 2-5 days for printing and production.
Once your mug has been printed and passed quality checks, it will then be dispatched using Royal Mail 48 hr delivery service directly from our print partner in the UK.
